- Responsible for smooth operations in the kitchen as well as the production of hot and cold dishes
- Responsible for compliance with personnel and material costs
- Management of the production of hot and cold dishes as well as active assistance in all stations possible
- Menu planning, ordering, and inventory as well as other administrative tasks
- Responsible for compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines
- Completed chef apprenticeship EFZ
- Experience in community catering as well as in upscale gastronomy
- Good communication skills in spoken and written German and preferably in English
- Good IT skills
- Hands-on, flexible, independent, resilient, team-oriented, and passionate about the cooking profession

Together with your team, you pamper guests daily with up to 100 main meals at the SV Restaurant Culinarium in Bern with a diverse offer: varied menus, vegetarian dishes, salads, and snacks from early to late as well as a sophisticated catering offer for meetings, aperitifs, and standing lunches. The team consists of about 6 employees.
You work from Monday to Friday, depending on the schedule, mostly from 07:00 to 16:00. You are flexibly available for special events.
