Your Tasks
- Development of customer-specific Harmonic Drive gears for aerospace applications
- Planning, technical management, and execution of internal development projects
- Evaluation of technical requirements and feasibility of sales projects
- Conceptual design, dimensioning, and verification of Harmonic Drive gears
- Specification of lubricants, materials, and heat treatments
- Design and realization of test stands as well as monitoring of internal and external tests
- Support in prototype manufacturing and quality assurance up to series production transfer
- Presentation of results in internal and external expert committees
- Project management with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
- Documentation and maintenance of development data in ERP and DMS systems
- Technology research, supervision of research projects, and building external networks
Your Profile
- Completed studies as a graduate engineer / M.Sc. in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in drive technology, gear technology, measurement technology, and component testing
- Professional experience in component development for aerospace and mechanical drive technology is an advantage
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally Matlab
- Structured and independent working style
- High personal responsibility and teamwork skills
