Your replacement mission for our reception manager on maternity leave from 01/15 to 07/31/2026

As Reception Manager, you ensure the smooth operation of the reception service and customer satisfaction. You coordinate the team, optimize revenues, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You play a key role in training and developing employees while embodying the Heartist spirit and Accor group values.

Your responsibilities:

• Supervise the reception service: ensure a smooth and personalized welcome, coordinate daily activities, and ensure compliance with Accor standards.
• Optimize performance: manage schedules, monitor indicators (occupancy rate, customer satisfaction), and contribute to the hotel's profitability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction: anticipate needs, resolve issues, and respond to online reviews.

Management & Cross-functionality

• Active participation in the life of the establishment
• Fluid communication with employees

Experience as a reception manager or leader, tools, Accor and Opera cloud for PMS
