Direct Private Equity Internship

Syz Capital is an independent Swiss investment company founded by entrepreneurs, specializing in alternative investments. For the Direct Private Equity division, we are looking for an intern starting immediately for a duration of six months to support the investment team in direct investments in medium-sized companies in the German-speaking region.

Location: Pfäffikon, Schwyz

Start date: immediately

• Support the investment team in sourcing and due diligence of new investment opportunities
• Support the investment team in managing and monitoring existing portfolio companies
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for company valuation
• Support the investment team in creating financial models
• Prepare documents for our Investment Committee
• Conduct market research and analyses
• Create marketing presentations
• Bachelor's/Master's degree from a leading university in business administration, economics, or natural sciences
• Relevant professional experience (Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Transaction Advisory)
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
• High level of quality awareness and attention to detail
• High self-motivation and commitment as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Independence, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong willingness to learn
• Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
