YOUR MISSION
As a trainer, you will:
- accompany the entire training cycle of our apprentices in Switzerland – from recruitment to successful completion – and actively promote their development and training success.
- be our contact person and coach for apprentices, practical trainers, internal departments, as well as for parents and schools.
- develop our training plans and coordinate internal assignments with the practical trainers.
- ensure compliance with and communication of Swiss vocational training regulations and maintain close contacts with educational authorities (e.g., vocational training office).
As an HR Projects Partner, you will:
- coordinate, lead, or support our HR projects and initiatives in a structured, timely, and high-quality manner, manage HR resources, and engage stakeholders in a targeted and proactive way.
- standardize and optimize our HR processes and tools to increase the efficiency and quality of our work.
- create and manage our HR documentation, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- analyze our HR data and evaluate our projects to identify improvement potentials and make our project successes measurable.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial basic training (KV) with further education in HR (e.g., HR assistant, HR specialist certificate) or a Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration with an HR focus.
- Training as a trainer in the training company (40-hour course) according to the Swiss Vocational Training Act.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR in Switzerland, as well as at least 2 years of experience in supervising apprentices and 1 year in HR projects.
- Experience in optimizing HR processes and increasing efficiency along with a solid understanding of the Swiss apprenticeship system and HR best practices.
- Very good communication skills (oral and written), fluent in German and English.
- Confident in using MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Abacus, SAP, or comparable).
