In this role, you are the link between our employees (drivers, machine operators, and mechanics) and the office. You are a strong personality with assertiveness and possess solid IT skills. Even when things get hectic, you keep a cool head and work conscientiously and precisely. You can expect modern and bright workplaces as well as a collegial working atmosphere.
Your main tasks include:
- General administrative tasks including mail processing
- Processing new hires
- Maintaining personnel files in cooperation with human resources at the headquarters
- Managing temporary employees
- Checking employee reporting
- Absence control including requesting medical certificates
- Creating accident reports
- Holiday and absence cover within the administration
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed commercial training (transport industry is an advantage)
- Several years of professional experience as a clerk
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Enjoyment of the transport industry
- Enjoy working with people of different backgrounds and a service-oriented personality
- Knowledge of the working and rest time ordinance (advantageous)
- Abacus user knowledge (advantageous)
