- Personnel and professional leadership as well as training of the internal services team in the life insurance department
- Ensuring the workflows of the general agency and implementing processes in the omnichannel sales model
- Supporting the general agent in payroll and financial accounting as well as in HR administration
- Supporting the general agent and pension advisors in insurance technical matters
- Responsibility for implementing solution-oriented handling of customer concerns
- Support, planning, and organization of marketing measures

- Commercial training, preferably in the insurance industry
- Several years of professional experience in a life insurance department is mandatory
- Professional certificate and/or advanced technical school in the insurance sector
- Experience in personnel management is an advantage
- Willingness for necessary further training
- Open, flexible, and agile personality with sales affinity
- Independent, goal-oriented, and precise working style as well as high commitment are required
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- High sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and high resilience
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
