About the job
As an Asset Management, Wholesales, Sales Support (all genders) within our Swiss Wholesales team, you will primarily focus on bolstering our Swiss funds business with Key Account Clients. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with Wholesale Client Advisors to provide exceptional service to our clients, coordinating client meetings and calls, and managing client relationships. You will also be tasked with sourcing and preparing responses for clients' ad-hoc questions or reporting requests, and liaising with other local and global teams. Additionally, you will oversee tasks for working students, conduct market analyses using Morningstar, Bloomberg, digital tools and AI technologies, and ensure effective compliance and controls within your area of responsibility, fostering a positive attitude towards compliance and controls.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Collaborate closely with Client Advisors to support all facets of the sales and business development process to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
- Handle client ad hoc information requests and manage client reporting tasks.
- Conduct market research on target client groups using Morningstar, Bloomberg, digital tools and AI technologies.
- Co-ownership core sales management systems (CRM) and maintain client information.
- Lead internal process for requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence on funds.
- Understand and ensure compliance with the regulatory and compliance framework, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirements.
- Coordinate tasks for working students.
Account Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital channel for flagship fund distribution, driving lead generation and sales growth.
- Engage in client contact and relationship management.
Coordination with Marketing and Investment Specialists:
- Support along the full client engagement lifecycle: content coordination and proactive follow‑ups, including post‑roadshow communications.
- Maintain close contact with product specialists and other teams globally.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams in preparing product presentations, workshops, and projects & events to enhance client engagement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- A degree in economic, business administration, or related field with a interest in pursuing a CFA or other industry qualification in the future.
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in asset management or private banking with proven sales support and client service experience.
- Client-centric with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment; strong organization, time management and prioritization skills under time pressure.
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and client focus, ownership mindset and a self‑starter with a proactive approach.
- Digital savvy with an interest in developing digital channel distribution strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and experience in utilizing LLM AI tools.
