Caretaker (80–100%)

This excites you

• You take on general caretaker duties and ensure smooth operation
• You perform maintenance work in the infrastructure area (green care, site maintenance)
• You actively and gladly work with our youth and pass on your knowledge and experience in everyday life
• You independently and professionally carry out minor repairs
• You supervise and monitor the wood chip heating system
• You take on winter service and ensure safe paths and access roads
• You flexibly pitch in daily and support the team as needed

You bring with you

• You have training as a caretaker and ideally further training as a water caretaker (or are currently pursuing it)
• You are technically inclined – you understand how things work and like to get involved
• You are familiar with wood chip heating systems or are willing to learn
• Winter service is nothing new to you – ideally you have experience with municipal vehicles
• On-call duty is a matter of course for you
• You work in a structured way, think ahead, and keep an overview even when things don’t run smoothly
• You are a team player, reliable, open, and bring a good sense of humor
• Driver’s license + trailer is available
• You feel comfortable working with youth – including those who don’t always take the straight path
