We are a successful, internationally active company in the fruit and vegetable sector. Our corporate culture is characterized by flexibility, openness, and adaptability. In all our activities, the customers are the focus. To support our HR department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and independent personality (approx. 30% workload) who will work on-site three half-days per week. The weekdays are freely selectable.
Your tasks:
- Independent support of the entire personnel administration (entry to exit)
- Maintenance and management of digital personnel files as well as HR correspondence
- Management of the Mobatime time tracking system (recording, control, evaluations)
- Support with job postings and applicant management
- Organization and administrative processing of company entries and exits
- Participation in employee surveys as well as organization and execution of employee events
- Recording and management of KTG and UVG notifications in the respective online portals
- Coordination with personnel agencies in the area of temporary employment
- Administrative support for management and department heads in the HR context
Your profile:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (lists, evaluations, simple controls)
- Experience with time tracking systems, Mobatime is an advantage but not a must
- Basic knowledge of Swiss labor law (OR, absences, insurance)
- High discretion and sense of responsibility in handling personnel data
- Structured and priority-driven working style, even with a high administrative volume
- Independent, pragmatic working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
