We are looking for our Kidscare nurseries in Mont-sur-Lausanne and Morges, on a permanent contract, with a start date of June 1, 2026, or to be agreed, a
MULTISITE DIRECTOR at 80-100%.
Your mission
Ensure the supervision and development of the nurseries in your region and guarantee their pedagogical, organizational, and administrative quality. The multisite director acts as the link between the general management and the local structures. They ensure the implementation of the institutional project, optimize resources, and ensure the coherence of practices across all their sites.
Main responsibilities
Supervise, support, and assist the site management staff.
Ensure the implementation of the institutional project across all sites.
Ensure the quality of care, pedagogy, and safety of each structure.
Evaluate and harmonize practices between the different nurseries.
Support the management of delicate situations in collaboration with the HR department.
Optimize and guarantee the general organization of schedules and resources.
Monitor performance indicators (occupancy rate, absenteeism, finances) and take necessary measures.
Contribute to the development and monitoring of nursery budgets.
Confirm the budgetary balance of the managed structures and ensure the proper application of financial and administrative processes.
Represent the institution with municipal and cantonal authorities, or other partners.
Identify improvement needs and propose organizational or pedagogical solutions.
Actively participate in institutional and cross-functional projects.

Your profile
Higher education in early childhood education complemented by a diploma specialization in management or equivalent.
Several years of experience in managing one or more nurseries and supervising teams.
Excellent writing skills.
Rigor, ease with numbers, and versatility.
Ability to work independently while having a team spirit.
Communicative, positive, and solution-oriented personality.
