City bus, as a market-responsible transport company, is significantly responsible for the development and implementation of public transport in and around Winterthur. As Head of Finance/Services, you report directly to the director and take on diverse leadership and control tasks in this important key position.Your Tasks
- Personnel and financial management of the Finance/Services area
- Management of finance and accounting according to HRM2 and the guidelines of the Zurich Transport Network (ZVV)
- Responsibility for budget and planning processes as well as controlling
- Responsibility for the management information system and the internal control system
- Consulting and supporting the directorate and executive management in business and finance-related matters, both strategically and operationally
- Projects, special assignments, and participation in consultations and responses for various committees complete the range of tasks.
Your Profile
- University degree in business administration, accounting, controlling (university / university of applied sciences) or comparable education/training
- Leadership personality with assertiveness and persuasiveness with several years of professional experience in finance and accounting including closing expertise
- Professional experience in a complex organization or in the public sector as well as in public transport is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and negotiation skills, especially in cooperation with the ZVV
- Enjoyment of comprehensive issues and interdisciplinary collaboration in a political environment.
