As Head of Finance/Services, you report directly to the director and take on diverse leadership and control tasks in this important key position.

Your Tasks

Personnel and financial management of the Finance/Services area

Management of finance and accounting according to HRM2 and the guidelines of the Zurich Transport Network (ZVV)

Responsibility for budget and planning processes as well as controlling

Responsibility for the management information system and the internal control system

Consulting and supporting the directorate and executive management in business and finance-related matters, both strategically and operationally

Projects, special assignments, and participation in consultations and responses for various committees complete the range of tasks.

Your Profile

University degree in business administration, accounting, controlling (university / university of applied sciences) or comparable education/training

Leadership personality with assertiveness and persuasiveness with several years of professional experience in finance and accounting including closing expertise

Professional experience in a complex organization or in the public sector as well as in public transport is an advantage

Analytical thinking and negotiation skills, especially in cooperation with the ZVV

Enjoyment of comprehensive issues and interdisciplinary collaboration in a political environment.
