Your Tasks
- Active and complete management of a portfolio of properties
- Entry and exit condition reports during property enhancement and tenant changes
- Management and ongoing training of subordinate assistant(s) (including setting annual goals and monitoring their achievement)
- Personal and telephone support of tenants
- Ensuring building maintenance in accordance with the management contract
- Periodic inspection of properties with preparation of corresponding condition reports
- Processing lease modifications and adjusting rents as well as indexed rents
- Supervision of current rent policy and advising the owner on market rent setting
- Checking and approving creditor invoices, management accounts, and ancillary costs
Your Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate or equivalent training
- Federal diploma as a property manager (obtained or in progress) or further training in the real estate field
- Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in property management
- Good knowledge of accounting and law (tenancy law, CO, CC, LP)
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, with good writing skills
- Digital affinity and ability to actively participate in change
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management in a partnership mode
- Entrepreneurial mindset and action with social skills
