Specialist Advisor Fund Administration & Reporting - 50% (m/f/d)

• Evaluation and control of private equity funds and private label funds
• Support in the launch of new funds in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Processing customer inquiries on fund-related topics
• Support of the annual reporting team, especially in handling inquiries from auditors
• Monitoring of fees (fees monitoring) including checking and matching with contract documents.
• Collaboration with relevant departments such as risk management, legal, compliance, and external service providers

• Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training
• Professional experience in the fund business and securities area is an advantage
• Confident German as well as good oral and written English skills
• Precise and reliable way of working
• Flair for numbers, a high quality awareness, and a networked way of thinking
