The company PQM Consulting AG based in Pfäffikon SZ is a renowned IT company specializing in quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its customers professional support in optimizing their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.

For an external customer project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent personality for the position of DevOps Engineer at senior level (5-8 years) from 05.01.2026  

Main tasks:
  • Increase the test coverage of automated UI tests (Cypress)
  • Implement business requirements in the service layer for financial consulting (Full Stack)
  • Technical and business optimizations along the SDLC
  • Support in finding solutions for requirements
  • Operational support and operations


Tasks & requirements (content, methodology, technology):
  • Cypress, Java, Spring, Angular and SQL, CI/CD pipeline, practical experience in an agile environment (SAFe and Scrum) and in a DevOps team
Work environment:
  • Experienced DevOps team with 12 developers with 100% self-developed software.
  • The team needed support in increasing the coverage of automated tests (close the gap) and in implementing the business roadmap.
Requirements: (language spoken / written)
  • German: C2 – Near-native proficiency
  • English: None
Onsite 60%, 40% home office, home office only allowed from Swiss airspace
