YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

• Timely and quality-compliant billing of accounts receivable in the project business
• Review of contractor final invoices and independent resolution of discrepancies
• Creation and application for construction guarantees
• Posting of accounts receivable payments
• Dunning
• Cash management, expense preparation
• Professional handling of concerns from our external partners (site managers, general contractors/specialist contractors, etc.)
• Administrative tasks
• Support of the telephone switchboard

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

• Completed commercial training
• Proven and many years of professional experience in accounts receivable accounting is mandatory
• Very good user knowledge in Excel and ERP, preferably Abacus
• Networked thinking and precise as well as goal-oriented working style
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Customer-oriented, empathetic, flexible, efficient, responsible, reliable
