Your mission:
• General administrative tasks (including correspondence, minutes)
• Organization and management of the medical secretariats of the sites in support of the coordinator
• Participation in various development projects concerning the medical secretariats
Your profile:
• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent title with experience in human resources, an asset
• Medical secretary diploma or CFC in the medical field would be a plus
• Several years of professional experience in the public health sector, an asset
• Very good command of MS Office software, Outlook and Polypoint (PEP), an asset
• Mastery of the French or German language with very good knowledge of the other language
• Autonomous personality with initiative and strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work at different sites
• Excellent stress management and organizational skills

Profile
• Commercial employee EFZ or equivalent training, experience in human resources an advantage
• Diploma as medical secretary H+ or EFZ in the health sector an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the public health sector an advantage
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, Outlook and Polypoint (PEP) an advantage
• German or French with very good knowledge of the other language
• Independent working style, initiative and strong communication skills
• Flexibility for assignments at different locations
• High resilience and organizational skills
