Skills
- Completed medical training (Med. Praxisassistent/in, Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit required).
- Strong German language skills; other languages are a plus.
- Empathetic and professional patient interaction, good IT skills.

Your Tasks
- You are responsible for planning, organizing, and preparing consultations as well as other administrative tasks (mail correspondence, summons, etc.).
- You ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and assist the medical service.
- You independently perform light therapies, blood draws, wound dressings, and injection and infusion therapies on medical order and assist with minor surgical procedures.
- You maintain close and cooperative collaboration within the nursing, medical, and interdisciplinary teams.
- You are in close contact by phone and in person with our patients, referrers, general practitioners, other hospitals, and internal service providers.
- You write medical reports (from dictation) and handle correspondence as well as general secretarial tasks.
Your Profile
- Completed medical training (Medical Practice Assistant, Health Specialist mandatory)
- Very good German skills, foreign languages advantageous
- Good IT skills
- Responsible, efficient, flexible, and resilient
- Empathetic and professional interaction with patients
