Head of Referral Marketing 60-80%

About the job

• You develop and implement targeted marketing and communication measures for referrers – from events and training courses to newsletters, mailings, and campaigns
• You plan and organize referrer events and professional formats such as webinars
• You bring clinics and referrers together and actively support relationship management
• You are in direct contact with referrers, recognize needs, and translate them into effective marketing measures
• You analyze referral data together with Business Intelligence and derive concrete initiatives from it
• You monitor referral flows, identify potentials, and develop targeted measures

• Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in healthcare, ideally in marketing, referral management, or a comparable function
• Experience with CRM systems as well as a good understanding of data-driven marketing
• Confident appearance and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
• Organizational talent as well as experience in planning and implementing events and campaigns
• Analytical thinking combined with communication skills and high social competence
• High IT affinity as well as very good knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications
