• You lead a competent team of three employees from the finance department.
• You are responsible for the entire finance and accounting (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and operational accounting).
• You prepare the annual financial statements, the forecast, the budget and the 5-year plan.
• You develop key figures and statistics and derive well-founded analyses from them.
• You prepare decision-making bases for financial and business management issues.
• You are responsible for the internal control system (ICS) and the correct use of controlling and planning tools.
• You continuously analyze insurance coverages.
• You coordinate and organize risk management.
• You are responsible in a deputy function for IT topics and processes within the organization.

• We are looking for an all-round personality with a broad professional background who has specifically furthered their education in finance and accounting after basic training.
• You have sound knowledge in the areas of finance and accounting, controlling and IT.
• You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in intense phases.
• You convince with an open, winning and authentic personality with a pronounced sense of people and a clear, binding leadership style.
• You act entrepreneurially, think networked and have the ability to drive topics forward in a goal-oriented and pragmatic manner.
• Since we are an agricultural cooperative, it is an advantage if you are familiar with agriculture and its topics or have already had contact points with this sector.
