Your Tasks
- You support the doctors', therapists', and nursing team of the medical outpatient clinic in administrative and organizational matters.
- You independently plan and coordinate complex appointment schedules for five different specialties.
- You enjoy frequent telephone contact with patients and their relatives as well as referring physicians, general practitioners, insurance companies, and external services.
- You edit consultation and discharge reports, perform general secretarial tasks, and take on deputy duties during absences.
Your Profile
- Training as a commercial employee or medical practice assistant or health professional, ideally with further training as a medical secretary and experience in a clinic or practice setting
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology, confident German language skills, and good IT user skills
- Efficient, precise, and reliable working style
- Empathetic, service-oriented, and resilient team player
