We produce everything ourselves at our headquarters in Wetzikon: from crispy-fresh bread to finest desserts to exquisite lunch dishes. In our shops and cafés, we constantly surprise with new culinary highlights.
Your tasks:
- You receive orders via email, phone, and online shop and process them
- You create offers and order confirmations.
- After comprehensive training, you take over the work in our order office (about every 6 weeks a Saturday shift).
- You process images and photo decorations for our special cakes, etc.
- You support the team in various administrative tasks.
You bring:
- You love working in a young, lively, and dynamic environment.
- You have a commercial basic education or sufficient experience in administration/order processing.
- You have solid MS Office skills and an accurate, independent, and efficient working style.
- Communication is no problem for you. You are open, flexible, and adapt quickly and confidently to changing situations.
- You remain calm in hectic situations and keep an overview.
- You speak and write fluent German.
