Whether as a Sales Manager focusing on strategic customer development or as a Sales Engineer with technical know-how – you build bridges between customer needs and feasible solutions.
You are the person who develops, defines, and implements all sales and marketing strategies with the management.
Sales Manager | Sales Engineer (m/f/d) 80 - 100%
Your area of responsibility:
Sales
- You evaluate new business fields and make initial contact with potential customers
- Development, planning, and implementation of sales strategies
- You advise our regular customers together with our experts
- You are the first point of contact for sales and marketing
- You are responsible for generating new business
- You review requirements, prepare offers with experts, and accompany the negotiation phase
- You define the project scope and assess specifications as well as delivery scopes in coordination with customers and subcontractors
Marketing
- You create based on marketing strategies and are responsible for implementation
- You are present in the market, analyze customer needs, and record indicators
- You have a talent for sensing new business opportunities and pursuing them
- You are not afraid to establish new contacts through various communication channels
- You are part of the core team and support the management's strategy
- Together with the back office, you organize trade fair appearances, workshops, seminars, webinars, and training sessions
Projects
- You specifically contribute your strengths to projects
- You continuously expand your expertise through practical project experience
- You support the development of customer-oriented solutions
Your applicant profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in the life sciences sector, ideally in pharma
- Sales experience in the service environment
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Flair for handling digital tools and digital processes
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in building customer networks
- Experience with social media
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Completed studies in one of the disciplines: automation, mechanical engineering, process engineering, pharmaceutical technology, biotechnology, or comparable education
