Support in building, further developing, and acquiring partner networks in the OCS sector as well as expanding existing partnerships
Support, development, and sales assistance for sales partners including marketing of professional coffee machines and accessories
Planning and conducting product trainings, presentations, workshops, as well as technical support (product know-how, application, simple troubleshooting) for partners
Collaboration in preparing offers, projects, and tenders as well as analyzing market and partner potentials to derive suitable sales measures
Close cooperation with internal interfaces (service, marketing, product management), maintenance of partner data in the CRM, and accompanying partners to customer appointments, trade fairs, and networking events
PROFILE:
Completed commercial or technical studies as well as basic technical understanding, ideally in the field of coffee machines or comparable devices
Initial professional experience in B2B sales, partner management, or technical support is an advantage as well as interest in the combination of sales and technology
Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style and ability to work in a team
Passion for coffee and interest in high-quality coffee systems
Very good German and good English skills (French is an advantage) and willingness to travel within Switzerland
