- Reconciliation activities with time tracking in connection with attendance management
- Maintenance of employee data in the SAP personnel information system
- Contact person for employees, supervisors or authorities
- Managing the electronic personnel file
Profile
- Completed commercial training as well as further training as an HR assistant (or in training)
- Experience in HR administration or a similar position is an advantage
- Quick comprehension and good user knowledge of MS Office products
- Structured, precise, efficient and independent working method with a high service orientation
- Confident German in spoken and written form
