Process Improvement Manager (m/f/d)
Ready to help shape the future of production and make a real impact? For our Swiss branch in Dagmersellen in the canton of Lucerne, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented, and proactive personality as Process Improvement Manager (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will drive the continuous improvement of our production processes and equipment – ensuring that we become more efficient, smarter, and more sustainable.
Position:
As a Process Improvement Manager you will:
- Collect and verify machine data and production processes – identify and document deviations
- Analyze data and deviations and derive appropriate improvement measures according to Lean principles (e.g., PDCA) within the IWS Management System
- Develop, implement, and monitor optimization programs to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Create and present production-relevant reports and analyses
- Participate in the annual strategic production planning (AP/SP)
- Organize and conduct training for end-users (SAP MOM, Smartsense, SmartMDC Power User) tailored to the target group
- Drive internal and external digitization and automation projects together with the process control managers
- Ensure the smooth operation and further development of production systems (GLA, T&T, MOM, etc.)
Requirements:
- Technical basic training as well as a completed university or technical college degree, preferably in process optimization, business informatics, or industrial engineering
- Technical basic training as well as a completed university or technical college degree – ideally in the fields of process optimization, business informatics, or industrial engineering
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working
- Experience with production-relevant systems (e.g., IWS) is an advantage
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
- A proactive, solution-oriented personality who works independently and purposefully
