- You are responsible for the entire HR lifecycle of our company
- Line managers as well as employees can turn to you with any HR issues and will be competently advised by you
- You ensure that our team remains effective and take care of the entire recruitment process
- Together with the management team, you ensure that our employees can develop optimally
- You are welcome to contribute your knowledge and experience to all our HR processes and further optimize them
- With targeted HR marketing, you ensure that our image as an attractive employer is further expanded
- You supervise our commercial apprentices and are thus the first point of contact for our young talent
- You plan and organize our employee events
- You take over the deputy role of our HR administration
- You also perform administrative tasks yourself on a daily basis
- You have completed a commercial basic training and further trained as an HR specialist with a federal diploma. Of course, we are open to other profiles who already have extensive experience in HR
- With your open and communicative manner, you gain the trust of our Landi Freiamt team and are valued as a trusted person
- If you are down-to-earth and have a can-do attitude, you fit perfectly with us
- A reliable and precise way of working is also important to us
- Since we are a regionally anchored company, it is essential that you have very good German skills
- You are familiar with all common IT programs and find it easy to work with different systems
