• Developing high-quality solutions for our clients in healthcare with a focus on service providers and health insurers.
• In doing so, you further develop our service offerings and support your clients with complex strategic issues and in the area of organizational development, develop optimal processes within the framework of operational excellence, work on digitalization in healthcare, advance the finance function, or help shape the future of healthcare and the care landscape with your own initiatives.
• You are familiar with the current challenges in the hospital sector and can develop complex programs for hospitals, other service providers, or insurers and implement and support them together with the clients.
• You have senior experience and are able to contribute to new industry trends such as Value Based Healthcare or Integrated Care Models and can develop and drive innovative and novel business models with clients in workshops.
• You have experience with or are able to engage with new industry trends such as Value Based Healthcare or Integrated Care Models and can develop and drive innovative and novel business models with clients in workshops.
• You contribute to a first-class consulting team focused on hospitals, other service providers (such as nursing home chains, pharmacy chains), and health insurers.
• You expand your existing client portfolio, which you actively grow and already generate projects from.
• You contribute to expanding our client relationships in the Swiss healthcare sector as well as to the further development of our offerings.

• You hold a university or ETH degree (preferably in business or medicine with business management further education) and have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, of which at least 5-10 years are in consulting or internal corporate development. Thanks to your quick comprehension, you can quickly understand, analyze, and draw the right conclusions from numbers, statistics, and market analyses.
• You have a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects, ideally in the Swiss healthcare sector.
• You have an existing client portfolio from which you can acquire projects.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and are familiar with current trends in this industry. Your confident demeanor makes you a competent conversation partner for our clients.
• You are familiar with new technological developments/trends (e.g., RPA, Intelligent Automation, etc.) or can quickly acquire the necessary knowledge.
• You are a highly motivated and dynamic personality with pronounced strategic thinking skills and strong social competence.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French is an advantage.
