We currently have an exciting opportunity to strengthen our innovative and multiple award-winning Professional Scientific Services (PSS) team in a full-time position. We are looking for a Project Coordinator for the ongoing transition at our client's site in Bern.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Project Coordinator for Laboratory Operations to support an ongoing transition and consolidation within the organization.
In this role, you will coordinate the reorganization of laboratory spaces, support equipment transfers, manage the consolidation of freezers and storage areas, and act as the central contact person between TechOps, Site Operations, Facility Management, and external service providers. You will ensure that all teams can work efficiently and compliantly during the transition phase.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordination of the consolidation of laboratory areas and documentation of technical/operational requirements
- Organization of freezer, storage, and equipment relocations
- Coordination of clearing and merging office spaces
- Interface with Site Operations, Facility Management, logistics partners, and service providers
- Monitoring laboratory infrastructure and supporting the evaluation of temperature mapping data
- Tracking budgets, orders, and project milestones as well as regular reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in laboratory operations, scientific support, or facility coordination, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- Strong organizational skills and experience in project coordination
- Hands-on mentality, proactive, and confident in handling laboratory and office work environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good German and English skills are mandatory for this position.
