You will work at two easily accessible locations – Dübendorf and Zurich-Oerlikon, each Monday, Thursday, and Friday between 08:00 - 18:00.
Your main tasks:
- Reception, registration, and care of customers, visitors, and business travelers
- Support as the first point of contact for all customer concerns
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Processing incoming emails
- Handling daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Management of SIM cards and badges
- Assistance with projects
- Various administrative tasks such as ordering, obtaining quotes, catering organization
Your profile:
- Completed training in the commercial sector or service industry
- Several years of experience in customer service or in the service industry or hospitality
- Native German speaker
- Very good English skills, spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Open, precise, flexible, and committed personality
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Well-groomed appearance and very good manners
