The Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte - EHC is a healthcare network at your service for over 20 years. It brings together institutions with complementary missions of acute care, rehabilitation, EMS accommodation, and primary care medicine. We offer you more than 40 medical disciplines within a region stretching from the shores of Lake Geneva in Ecublens to Gilly, and all the way to the heart of the Jura.

We are looking for the Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte for a:

Legal Advisor (M/F) at 80-100%

To complete the Legal Service team at the Morges Hospital site, as soon as possible or to be agreed upon.

Within a small, dynamic, and committed team of three people, in a work atmosphere that is both studious and relaxed, you bring your expertise to the General Management, to which you are attached, as well as to the institution's support departments. In your activity, you are responsible for your own files, under the supervision of the Head of the Legal Service.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Advice, drafting, and review of contracts and agreements in various areas of law:
• Labor law;
• Construction law (lease, real rights, company, etc.);
• Public procurement;
• Purchasing and supplies;
• Finance and insurance;
• Information systems;
• Clinical collaborations and various partnerships.
• Drafting internal procedures and monitoring projects and litigation in these areas.
• Data protection.
• Legal research and monitoring.

YOU HAVE

• A legal degree with a Swiss master's level education, a lawyer's license is an asset.
• Two to five years minimum experience in a corporate legal position or equivalent.
• A strong interest in contract law, administrative law, and data protection.
• Writing skills, ability to work independently and in a team, rigor, and pragmatism.
• Experience in a healthcare institution is an asset.
