Your area of responsibility
- You lead the HR team in Switzerland (10 employees) professionally and also the three team leaders disciplinarily
- You ensure that the defined HR processes are implemented and lived in all subsidiaries of the Griesser brand and lead the HR managers in the country companies
- You support the management in company-wide HR topics (organizational and personnel development, strategic personnel planning, etc.)
- You are a "sparring partner" for line managers in connection with all personnel-related topics such as recruitment, development and training, separation
- You are responsible for brand-wide further development projects in the HR area (especially digitization and optimization of HR processes)
- You ensure compliance in the areas of labor law and social security and are the contact person for internal and external bodies (employee representation, insurance, pension fund, unions)
- You have budget responsibility in your areas, monitor the relevant HR key figures (absence rate, fluctuation, employee survey, etc.), control implementation and derive recommendations for action

Your Human Capital
- Commercial or technical basic training with further education in the HR field (federal HR specialist) and/or business administration training at FH/university level with a focus on HR and/or completed training as Head of Human Resources
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in industry or construction (side) trade
- Very good conceptual and strategic skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High affinity and interest in the further development and digitization of HR processes
- Very good German and English skills – French skills are an advantage
