About the job

As part of its strategic digital transformation and information systems optimization initiatives, we are looking for a Test Manager.

Attached to the Testing teams, you will be responsible for the operational coordination of non-regression, automation, and CI/CD orchestration activities. You will work in an Agile, multi-team, and multi-project environment, playing a central role in the reliability of deliveries and the industrialization of testing practices.

Your mission is to structure, manage, and continuously improve testing arrangements to ensure the quality, robustness, and performance of production releases.

Higher education in computer science or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with proven experience in managing and coordinating testing activities.

Significant experience in an Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum and/or Kanban).

Experience managing internal and external testing teams (local and nearshore).

Good understanding of complex IT architectures and integration flows.

Ability to define, structure, and manage testing standards, indicators, and reporting.

Experience in digital transformation or application modernization contexts, ideally in the insurance or banking sectors.

Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and multidisciplinary team facilitation skills (BA, Dev, PO, PM, RSO).

Collaborative, structured, and continuous improvement-oriented approach.

Fluent in French and English (minimum B2).

Operational coordination of non-regression testing (NRT), automation, and CI/CD orchestration activities.

Supervision of NRT Test Analysts and Automation Engineers; efficient organization of work.

Promotion and application of best practices (ISTQB, TMap, RBT, BDD/Gherkin).

Supervision of NRT campaigns: analysis, planning, execution, reporting.

Management of the anomaly lifecycle (analysis, reporting, follow-up until closure).

Monitoring KPIs and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Contribution to the evolution of the Testing service catalog and innovation in automation.

Automation of functional and technical test cases.

Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of automated tests.

Orchestration and supervision of CI/CD pipelines in coordination with Environment and Release Management teams.

Automated production of deliverables (HTML reports, Email/Teams notifications, Jira/Xray dashboards).

Collaboration with the Test Data Manager for the industrialization of automated data sets.

Mastery of multi-level testing strategies (IT, ST, UAT, NRT, NFT).

Management tools: Jira, Xray, Confluence.

Automation tools: Tosca, ReadyAPI, BrowserStack, Selenium/Appium, LoadRunner.

Languages: Java/Groovy, Python.

CI/CD tools: Jira Automation, Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket.

Awareness of test data, compliance, and security issues.
