Portrait of the School/Institution
The municipality of Hindelbank operates a school across all three cycles. Around 400 students are taught in four kindergarten classes, nine primary school classes, and seven secondary level 1 classes. In cycle 3, we run a seamless model together with the municipality of Krauchthal that enables individual support and flexible transitions.
Our dedicated team of around 50 teachers benefits from a contemporary and modern infrastructure, as well as an appreciative working environment. The school is easily accessible by public transport, and free parking spaces are available.

Tasks
Due to the high number of students, a new kindergarten was opened in August 2025. This will continue for another year, and we offer you a fixed-term position for one year with the job partner. The workload is around 15-17 lessons, sports is conducted in team teaching. Working days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday mornings, Tuesday morning 2 lessons of sports. You will be supported in your work by the grade team.
The workload can be increased with team teaching lessons in the 1st/2nd grades. Continuation of employment in the 27/28 school year as a 1st/2nd grade teacher is possible.
Requirements
You have a basic pedagogical education (seminar teaching qualification for kindergarten, Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education).
You are:
• motivated, reliable, independent, resilient, and humorous
• open to collaboration in the class team and the staff
• appreciative and communicative in parent work
