Your tasks
- You act as a passionate servant leader and agile coach for the team
- Your main task is to further develop and coordinate the processes and collaboration within the team as well as across the entire Agile Release Train (SAFe). In doing so, you support the team in the diverse role of Scrum Master to ensure the best possible contribution to the overall value stream
- You work closely and actively with the team’s Product Owner (PO), the other teams in the ART, the line organization, and other stakeholders
- You address, mitigate, and track risks, obstacles, and challenges of the team appropriately to the situation
- In your role as a change agent, you support the transformation within the team and the organization, provide impulses for the further development of existing processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Your profile
- Higher education in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Completed advanced training courses in agile frameworks and methods are an advantage (e.g., SAFe® SM certification)
- You have practical experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe® organization
- You enjoy coaching people, teams, and organizations and possess the necessary moderation skills and a high sense of responsibility
- You are an empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented personality who values collective success over personal recognition
