Legal Counsel from 80% to 100%
- SCSP122
- OPAM, an entity dependent on SCSP, is responsible for managing all files concerning its sector, particularly the procedures for granting practice and billing authorizations.
As a legal counsel, you participate in the procedures for granting practice and billing authorizations to health professionals. Through regular contacts with these professionals, domain organizations, and certain administrative entities, you ensure the proper conduct of disciplinary and/or administrative procedures opened against institutions or professionals subject to supervision.
On a daily basis, you prepare, analyze, and synthesize files while providing legal advice to your colleagues. Drafting letters, legal opinions, hearing minutes, decisions, or observations is also part of your duties.
Finally, you participate in both hearings and inspections and ensure legal monitoring in the aforementioned areas.
Holder of a master's degree in Swiss law, ideally complemented by a lawyer's certificate, you have experience in administrative procedure. Experience or training in health law is an asset for this position.
Equipped with excellent analytical and synthesis skills, you also possess very good interpersonal skills.
Your rigor, priority management, and strong sense of public service are accompanied by great autonomy at work and a very good spirit of initiative.
