We are looking for a motivated Pharma Maintenance Technician to join our Technical Support and Site Utilities team, based at our manufacturing site in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the role
The mission of the Pharma Maintenance Technician is to supervise and carry out maintenance activities on Allergy and Neurology production equipment, aiming to minimize production downtime for corrective maintenance interventions and optimize preventive maintenance interventions.
You will be responsible for ensuring corrective and preventive maintenance of production equipment, diagnosing and resolving breakdowns, participating in intervention planning as well as technical shutdowns, and working closely with internal teams and external contractors.
You will play a key role in continuous improvement, updating maintenance systems (CMMS), and ensuring compliance with site quality, safety, and HSE standards.
Your activities
- Supervise and perform corrective and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- Diagnose breakdowns and implement necessary actions to restart installations.
- Participate in maintenance activity planning, technical shutdowns, and the department's on-call service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Support & Methods, Metrology, Qualification, Utilities).
- Select and monitor external contractors, including preparation of work permits and associated safety measures.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement, including CMMS updates, investigations, CAPA, and procedure optimization.
- Participate in the deployment of the site HSE policy and comply with cGMP and safety standards.
Interested? For this position, you must have the following education, experience, and skills:
- Training in a technical field (mechanical, electrotechnical, industrial maintenance, etc.).
- Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial environment, including on-call service.
- Proven experience in mechanics.
- Experience in controlled environments (pharmaceutical clean rooms, EX zones).
- Knowledge of electrical installations.
- Basic knowledge of electricity.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns.
- Knowledge of CMMS, ideally SAP.
- Ability to search for specific parts via SAP, catalogs, or the internet.
- Proficiency in common computer tools (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities.

- Logical and practical thinking.
- Good team spirit, positive attitude, and commitment.
- Good command of French (spoken and written) and knowledge of technical English, considered an asset for documentation, suppliers, and use of tools and systems.
