You are the technical reference to whom everyone turns: technicians, clients, administration, suppliers. This central position combines sharp technical expertise, operational support, client relations, and strategic vision on PAC contracts and technologies. Demanding technical environment, strong autonomy, direct impact on service quality and profitability.
Technical PAC 100% Contact Person
Mission:
- Technical support to field technicians, mainly by phone
- Technical support to clients: explanation of operation, advice, and remote assistance
- Follow-up of complex technical cases and management of client complaints
- Analysis of warranty requests and decision making
- Technical support to administration for billing complex cases and handling files in case of disputes
- Development of repair quote templates and daily preparation of quotes
- Selection, if necessary research or sizing, and ordering of spare parts
- Organization and facilitation of internal training for technicians
- Follow-up and coordination of external training (refrigeration, technical, etc.), preparation of internal rehearsals
- Technological watch on PAC and market developments
- Management of the PAC team’s tool and document material stock
- Technical participation in negotiations and analysis of new purchase contracts
- Preparation of maintenance contract concepts: risk analysis, price definition, market watch, annual analysis of breakdowns and machine aging, profitability monitoring
- Technical support to technical-commercial staff on complex renovations
Profile:
- Basic training in refrigeration, electrical and hydraulic techniques (other fields appreciated as a complement). Specialist certificate in thermal systems is an advantage
- Proven experience as a after-sales technician, refrigeration repair technician, technical office manager or technical contact person
- Very good administrative and writing skills
- Comfortable with IT: MS Office, basic network configuration (IP, SIM cards, client portals, supplier account creation), etc.
- French - native or excellent knowledge. German – minimum B1 level, ideally C1
- Strong autonomy and customer service sense
- Rigor, analytical ability and structured mindset
- Excellent communication, including in tense situations
