Your Area of Responsibility
With the Supported Living service, we support people with disabilities in living independently in their own homes. Together with those affected, we plan the assignment and the practical implementation of the necessary activities.
Self-determination and personal responsibility are very important to us.
Your Profile
- You have training in social pedagogy, social accompaniment, or similar, or have long-term experience working with people with disabilities.
- You enjoy being independent and on the move.
- A transparent working method is a matter of course for you.
