The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for the Morges Hospital a:
Admissions Employee (M/F) at 40-50%
To strengthen our Admissions service, starting 02/03/2026

YOU HAVE
- A commercial employee or medical secretary CFC or any other equivalent qualification
- An excellent sense of welcome, diplomacy, and discretion
- First experience in the hospital environment, an asset
- Mastery of common IT tools and knowledge of Opale, an asset
- Flexibility and availability according to schedules over 7 days with hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- A good team spirit and the ability to work both in a team and independently
- Good organizational skills and rigor
- French spoken and written, English spoken, another language an asset
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure administrative reception and proper follow-up of patient files during hospital stays
- Enter the data necessary for the establishment of the Outpatient or Hospitalization file in OPALE
- Verify with health insurance funds (or other partners) the correct affiliation of patients admitted to the hospital
- Report births and deaths occurring in the hospital to the Morges Civil Registry Office (birth notifications, death notices)
- Respond to information requests (by phone and in person)
- Collaborate with the various hospital services and its subsidiaries
