PerfectHair.ch is looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed Marketing Manager (m/f/d) (Omnichannel) 80% 

What you do: 

• You take over the planning, implementation, and analysis of campaigns and promotions across all channels – online and offline – with the goal of acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers in the long term 

• You support the development of tailor-made marketing measures for our hair salons and thus ensure that the brand appearance is uniform and professional at all locations 

• You are responsible for the implementation and communication of local actions, special events and cross-salon promotions, so that they achieve maximum attention 

• As an interface to Key Account Management, you coordinate overarching campaigns and work closely with them together 

• You use synergies between the online shop and salons – for example through cross-promotions, newsletters, or joint campaigns 
• You monitor and analyze the performance of ongoing campaigns, derive optimizations, and bring in your own ideas on how we can address our customers even more specifically 

What you bring: 

• Completed studies or training in marketing, communication, or a comparable field 

• Professional experience in marketing, ideally in the beauty, retail, or service industry 

• Creativity, hands-on mentality, and organizational skills 

• Affinity for the beauty industry as well as a sense for trends and customer needs 

• Experience in project management and collaboration with various teams 

• Confident handling of common marketing tools and social-media platforms 
• Fluent German, good English, and French skills are an advantage
