For 100 years, Louis Ditzler AG has been producing and distributing frozen vegetables, frozen fruits, and chestnut specialties throughout Switzerland. As a market-leading production company, we support our regional cultivation partners from sowing to harvest and focus our efforts on sustainable production. Our range is complemented by selected fruit raw materials, for example for yogurt or ice cream.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start date for a

Employee Quality Assurance and Laboratory 100%

Your tasks:

• Microbiological testing of our frozen products and raw materials
• Conducting quality tests of the produced frozen products and yogurt raw materials
• Performing hygiene monitoring and controls
• Special analyses according to customer agreements/internal guidelines
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks
• Representing in the final product control of raw materials
• Assisting with the processing of customer complaints
• Performing incoming goods inspections of cartons and labels

Your profile:

• Professional experience in industrial food production, ideally in the laboratory
• Reliable, precise, and independent working style
• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Strong conceptual and interconnected thinking skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
