Communication & Technical Implementation Manager

To complement the Creative Advisory team in Lucerne, we are looking for a Communication & Technical Implementation Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately.
Your scope of influence & design.
- You support the Creative Advisory team in implementing digital communication solutions – from concept to publication.
- You independently coordinate smaller projects and accompany clients in digital implementations, especially in the area of POS communication.
- You maintain content in content management systems (CMS), perform simple technical checks (e.g., testing templates), and assist in preparing deployments.
- You work on template descriptions, prepare data in a structured way (e.g., as XML or JSON), and execute scripts – together with the team or as an interface to developers.
- You document processes and requirements clearly for internal and external stakeholders.
- You directly support smaller clients and advise them on digital issues – focusing on communication, content, and structure.
- You contribute your ideas, recognize potentials, and support the further development of tools, processes, and communication approaches.
Your profile.
- You have completed training as a Mediamatiker EFZ or a comparable technical basic training with a digital focus.
- You communicate confidently and gladly – both written and spoken – and can convey information clearly and structured.
- You bring initial experience in implementing digital projects – e.g., through an internship, a final project, or a first professional position.
- You understand the basics of CMS systems, digital templates, and technical processes – or enjoy learning about them.
- You work independently, think networked, and quickly find your way in interdisciplinary teams.
- You have very good German skills and ideally a second national language (French or Italian).
