More than 1,400 students attend the Küsnacht school in five managed schools as well as in the vocational preparation year. The Küsnacht school administration is a service and competence center for the authority members, the school and care management, for our approximately 380 employees, as well as for students and guardians.
We are looking for an experienced, independent, and service-oriented person to start immediately or by arrangement
Clerk for Student Affairs 80% - 100%
Your tasks
- Recording and managing student data
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing the administrative student allocation process
- Planning and implementing the cantonal education statistics
- Organization and billing of dental vouchers
- Organization of school bus transport
- Correspondence with parents and guardians
- Advising and supporting internal and external customers in simple school law matters
- Taking minutes
Your profile
- You are a motivated and committed personality and have a commercial basic education with several years of professional experience, preferably in a public administration in the field of student affairs
- You have a quick grasp, a structured way of working, and good organizational skills
- You are service- and customer-oriented, resilient, and show initiative
- You are an optimistic and cheerful person and enjoy working in a motivated team
