Welcome clients, listen to their needs and propose a suitable project within a budget framework

Provide customized and ergonomic solutions to clients

Arrange meetings with clients

Follow up with clients to build loyalty through on-site and/or remote visits

Ensure compliance with contractual clauses and client satisfaction

Manage files in their entirety, from client reception to project delivery

Carry out surveys and measurements

Propose coherent solutions and deploy the concept through all study and execution phases

Design interior layouts with project managers

Carry out decoration in accordance with all project stages (SIA phases), ensuring the smooth progress of the project vis-à-vis the client

Participate in material choices and proposals

Maintain relationships and project follow-up with subcontractors

Meet the various stakeholders involved in projects, visit sites, meet suppliers, institutional partners…

Monitor and control project quality

Prepare revision files to finalize projects

Contribute to the preparation of building permit files

Proceed with various administrative authorization requests

Create presentation files

Provide technical responses to calls for tenders

Produce custom plans using available tools (AutoCAD, Revit…)

Design 3D images, technical details, plans and sections, interior layouts and arrangements

Define color harmonies, technical and decorative lighting, and materials (fabrics, tiles, wall coverings…)

Prepare revision files
