School IT Specialist and ICT Supporter at 80%

• 1st and 2nd level support for teachers and school locations
• Coordination and organization of ICT support in the school environment
• Maintenance and further development of the Microsoft365 cloud environment
• Collaboration with external ICT service providers and suppliers
• Participation in projects for the digitalization of school operations
• Implementation and maintenance of ICT standards and processes
• Close cooperation with strategic ICT partners
• Support in the introduction and maintenance of learning platforms

• Is an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on platform development or has a comparable education
• Brings solid ICT knowledge and experience in support environments
• Demonstrates strong communication skills in dealing with teachers and partners
• Has an independent and structured working style with high problem-solving competence 
• Has experience with Microsoft365 (including administration in larger environments)
• Brings organizational talent and experience in distributed support structures
• Shows interest in education and digital learning technologies.
