Our expectations
<ul><li>Strong social and leadership skills </li><li>Professional experience in cleaning, ideally in the health or hospitality sector</li><li>Motivating, assertive personality with a role model function "doer"</li><li>Good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of the PEP scheduling tool is an advantage</li><li>Good communication skills in German (spoken and written)</li><li>Independent, efficient, and reliable working style</li><li>Well-groomed appearance, team spirit, and high sense of responsibility</li><li>Flexibility to work at different locations to support the housekeeping management team of the Michel Group</li></ul>
