About the job

• Preparation, execution and follow-up of tastings as well as reviews of manufacturing and filling documentation
• Organization and execution of monitorings (e.g. stress tests, microbiological analyses of bottle and TetraPak products)
• Feedback on production orders as well as inventory checks for packaging materials
• Coordination and support in case of deviations (internal deviations and supplier complaints)
• Control and release of "Ready for Print" for primary and secondary packaging materials
• Creation and review of layouts for new products (Autexis / Nicelabel)
• Organization and management of retention warehouses (glass, bag-in-box, PET, TetraPak)
• Participation and leadership of projects within the framework of KVP and LEAN processes for continuous improvement of quality assurance
• Interface communication with internal and external partners
• Deputy head of quality assurance at the Sursee site

• Completed training as a food technologist with advanced professional training
• Further training in the field of continuous improvement processes (LEAN), food analytics or quality assurance
• Several years of professional experience in the food industry, ideally in the beverage or dairy sector
• Very good German skills (mandatory), English and French advantageous
• Sound knowledge of food production and its processes
• Experience in process optimization according to LEAN principles
• Knowledge in general laboratory analytics
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with SAP, Autexis and Nicelabel
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Flexibility and pronounced teamwork skills
• Hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach
