Polymechanic Grinding Technology

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring grinding machines in series production
• Quick and efficient troubleshooting of grinding machines and automation systems to ensure plant availability
• Analysis, monitoring, and optimization of existing grinding processes on custom-built machines to ensure the highest quality standards
• Integration and operation of robotic systems to automate grinding processes Conducting tool and grinding wheel tests as well as selecting suitable components
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic)
• Further training in maintenance, grinding technology, or robotics desired
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical company in the field of grinding
• Experience in technical maintenance and process optimization
• Very good technical understanding and analytical skills
• Knowledge in quality assurance and documentation
• Independent and responsible working style
• Very good German skills (at least C1) complete the profile
