The Gorwiden Care Center is a private care center and is very well accessible by public transport in Zurich-Oerlikon. We specialize in the field of geriatrics. Our care center consists of two buildings and is embedded with a lot of charm in the quiet neighborhood. 100 employees, including 8 apprentices, accompany our residents in their daily lives. To complement our team, we are looking for an employee for activation and daily life design, 80-100%, starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility:
- Independent planning, organizing, and conducting of offers in the area of individual and group activities in the departments or in the seminar room

- Assisting in the organization and implementation of events, celebrations, and customs throughout the year
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other areas of the care center You bring with you:
- Secondary level education (EFZ / LEA), or experience in the field of activation
- Warmth and empathy for care-dependent or nursing-dependent elderly people
- Independent and responsible way of working combined with humor and creativity
- Strong social skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
